I think it is essential all pets have name tags so if they do get out of the property the person who finds them can contact their owner and get them home safe, or if, heaven forbid, they get hurt the vet can contact their owners. There is nothing worse than a beloved pet going missing and wondering where they are and if they are all right. A simple name tag with a contact number is all that's needed. You can also microchip your pets to keep them safe. My tags are affordable and customizable, made from high quality resin, UV stabilized and very strong. I started my company  as a small business in 2015, making gifts for family and friends, but officially launched the company in 2023. Lunar-Ice Printing and Gifts prides itself in providing high quality craftmanship and that personal touch to all my clients. From everyday life to special moments, each piece is thoughtfully designed with you the customer in mind, and lovingly hand made by myself at my design studio in Fochville.

FAQs


What is resin jewelry made from;
Resin jewelry is made from high-quality, UV-protected resin (otherwise known as epoxy). Resin looks like glass and feels like plastic - it is extremely light and almost shatterproof.


What is used inside the jewelry?
We use locally-foraged flowers, leaves, petals etc. We also use various colors of Mica powders, glow in the dark powder, liquid pigment, alcohol inks, gold/silver leaf, various colors of glitters, seashells and much more.. 


RESIN CARE
Care
Resin is water proof, strong and durable, but should be treated with care as it can crack if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. For long-lasting use keep out of direct sun exposure.

Remove your resin jewelry when:
Applying lotion, perfume, hairspray or other beauty products, showering or swimming, cleaning with harsh chemicals.
Do not allow your resin jewelry to become extremely cold or hot. For example, don't leave it in a car on a hot day. If it does become extremely hot, it will be malleable - just allow it to cool to room temperature before handling excessively.
Do not store in direct sunlight.
Cleaning
The resin can be cleaned with mild soap and water.

PRODUCTION TIME

All our items are handmade by Lunar-Ice. Our Pet Tags take approximately 3-4 days to produce so please plan accordingly. Production time on our other products depends on the complexity of the item, the ambient temperature and whether we use UV resin or 2 part epoxy resin.


SHIPPING
Free shipping for items R1000 and above. We use Pudo locker to locker or locker to door, please choose your option at checkout.
We also have a physical store for you to come and browse for that perfect  gift.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Each item goes through strict quality control and will only be packaged and shipped once we are 100% happy with it. Refunds on our stock items are handled on a case-to-case basis, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at lunar.ice90@gmail.com to request a refund. The refund request must come within 7 days of receipt of purchase. The buyer assumes all shipping charges both ways.

CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All custom sales are final: no returns or refunds are provided for any reason. As your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, we will work closely with you so that your visions are translated into our designs.

Lunar-Ice printing & gifts cannot be held liable for any errors on the part of the company that your product is being shipped by.

Please be aware that the product you are buying might not look identical to the picture due to size and color distortion as the resin reflects.
